A very modern-looking pattern with roots in the 17th century.

Available with 3- or 4-prong forks.

Appropriate knives: Cannon, Plain Pistol, Octagonal Pistol, and Trifid Straight. All with a variety of blades.

One of the special variations available is to have the handle edges beveled. Another idea is to use the knife handle as a pattern.
